Session Details
Adult training sessions are: Women Tuesday 6.30pm till 8pm for 2nd to 4th team and 8pm till 9.30pm for Elite team.
Men Thursday 6.30pm till 8pm for 3rd to 7th team and 8pm till 9.30pm for Elite
Junior squad sessions for under 12, 14 and 16 girls is also 6.30pm till 8pm on Thursday
Junior training is Sunday 9am till 10.15am for 5 to 10 year olds and 10.30pm till 12 noon for 11 to 14 year olds
