Applications invited for England Masters’ Age Group Leads & Head Coaches 2025 - 2027
England Hockey are inviting applications for Age Group Leads & Head Coaches to work with Masters’ squads from 035 – 070 Women and 035 – 080 men.
These are voluntary positions and will run from September 2025 to August 2027.
The Hockey Lead will be responsible to head up the Management Team, consisting of themselves, the Head Coach and a Team Manager. The Lead will oversee all the activities of the group and report to the EH Masters’ International Programme Manager.
The Head Coach, with the Age Group Lead, will plan a programme of trials and training, leading to selecting an international squad to compete in the annual 4 Nations Tournaments in the summer of 2026 & 2027, the World Championships in 2026 and the European Championships in 2027 – venues to be decided.
As all age groups are different, further information re commitment, duties, trials, training, competition dates, venues will be discussed with an applicant prior to any appointment. Following this, any applicants still wishing to be considered, will then be asked to complete an official application form.
Closing Date for registering interest or having an initial discussion, is Friday 5th September 2025. Where necessary telephone interviews will be held between Monday 8th September and Friday 19th September 2025.
